BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Rick Marcum has more than 30 years senior management
experience within both the private sector and public sector.
His experience includes serving as an economic development professional, financial advisor, real estate consultant, government liaison in Florida, New Mexico, and Dallas, Texas. He also served as CEO of Capital Factors, Inc. of Dallas, Texas, with primary focus on financing new and under-capitalized businesses. His experience in the public sector consists of leading several successful community and regional campaigns, including downsizing initiatives with both the Department of Defense and Department of Energy. Mr. Marcum currently serves as the Executive Director of Opportunity Florida, an eight-county economic development organization in northwest Florida.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in banking and finance from Texas Tech University.
